To return a defective item:
Instructions are located at the top of your invoice. For your convenience, return the item in the original delivery box. The address is listed on the packaging label. The invoice must be included inside the box so we can identify the order. If you would like an exchange, please call the customer service center. If you do not have the original delivery box or the invoice, please contact us to obtain this information. For your protection, we suggest providing a tracking number for the return.
