Defective product policy.
All products are covered by a 30 day warranty.
Defective products can be replaced or refunded within the warranty period only.
If you receive a defective product:
Email customer service with a description of the defect. Include your order number & name in the email. Let us know if you want a replacement or a refund. We may request a photo to be emailed for visual inspection.
