Order tracking.

Online tracking is available if you sign up for an account while placing an order. Log in to access the tracking number. Please allow at least 1 business day before tracking is visible. Customer service associates can also supply tracking information by phone or email.

 

Undeliverable packages.

We cannot be responsible for shipments lost due to an incorrect address.
Please verify your address is correct before placing your order.
Undeliverable and return mailing costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Return policy.

We're confident you'll love your new toys, but if not, we'll gladly refund your money or exchange for something different. Return mailing costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Unopened items can be returned within 14 days for refund or exchange.

For your convenience, return the item in the original delivery box. The address is already listed on the packaging label. The invoice must be included inside the box so we can identify the order. If you would like an exchange, please call the customer service center. If you do not have the original delivery box or the invoice, please contact us to obtain this information. For your protection, we suggest providing a tracking number for the return.

Defective items can be returned within 90 days, covered by the manufacturer warranty.

In this case, please write "defective - replace" or "defective - refund" on the invoice paper, return it with the defective item in the original delivery box and we will honor your warranty request once received. For your protection, we suggest providing a tracking number for the return.
