Online tracking is available if you sign up for an account while placing an order. Log in to access the tracking number. Please allow at least 1 business day before tracking is visible. Customer service associates can also supply tracking information by phone or email.
It is an unsanitary practice to accept returns of personal items; therefore, all sales are final.
Once an item leaves our warehouse, it is considered used.
We understand it may be difficult to shop from an online catalog, so we have included detailed information and measurements for each item. Furthermore, we have included several pictures and a photograph of a person holding the product in their hand to convey size. If you are unclear of a description or need more information before making your purchase, please contact customer service by email, phone, or fill out the "ask a question" form on the product page.
All products that are returned are thrown in the garbage. We never re-sell a returned product; therefore, we can not offer refunds, even if the box is unopened.
Defective product policy.
All products are covered by a 30 day warranty.
Defective products will be replaced with the same product within the warranty period only.
If you receive a defective product:
Email customer service with a description of the defect. Include your order number & name in the email. If applicable, attach a picture to the email showing the defect.
Undeliverable & returned packages.
We cannot be responsible for shipments lost due to an incorrect address.
Please verify your address is correct before placing your order.
All returned packages are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover additional & unpaid shipping costs. If an order is returned, we will email a confirmation that it has been received and advise how much has been refunded, minus the 25% restocking fee.
We do not refund shipping fees.

If you do not want your order delivered to this address, please fill out the "shipping address" field on the checkout page. If you submit a different shipping address, nothing is ever sent to the billing address. If we need to contact you, we never call your telephone number. We send an email to contact customers if necessary.
An email receipt is sent immediately after the placing the order. An email requesting a review is sent after a couple weeks after delivery. We never send flyers, promotional material or anything unrelated to your order. We do not have a mailing list or a newsletter. If we need to contact you regarding your order, we communicate by email. If you do not have an email address, please call the customer service office to place an order.
Shipping Name & Shipping Address
This information is for the mailing label on your package. During the checkout process, if the shipping address field is left empty, the system will use the billing address for the mailing label on your package. We do not send flyers, promotional materials or anything else to the shipping address.
