It is an unsanitary practice to accept returns of personal items; therefore, all sales are final.
We never re-sell previously returned items because there is no way to know if they have been used or not. Anything that comes back is considered used and thrown in the garbage.

Visualize measurements by looking at a tape measure to make sure the item you are ordering is not too big. Some toys are really large, be aware of the size before ordering. We do not provide refunds if an item is too big. See how we measure toys to find out exactly how our measurements are taken.
Can I return something if it hasn't been opened?
Most items are not sealed, so it is impossible to know if they have been used or not. This is why we do not accept returned items, even if they have not been opened. A clamshell or box is not considered a sanitary seal.
What happens if I'm unsatisfied with an item?
Send us an email and let us know why. We will provide a store credit for half the value of the item and can help you choose something different.
One item credited only, we do not offer credits for multiple items. Store credit only, no refunds will be given. We must be contacted within 7 days of receipt.
What if my toy is broken or doesn't work?
All products are covered by a 30 day warranty. Defective products will be replaced with the same product within the warranty period only.
If you receive a defective product, email customer service with your order number & a description of the defect. If applicable, attach a picture to the email showing the defect.
What if the product measurements are different?
Some product packages list inaccurate measurements. We have measured every item and listed the accurate measurements on our website. This is why the measurements on our website may differ from what is listed on the product packaging.
All measurements may vary slightly, especially along the shaft of an item. Measurements may vary due to variances in the manufacturing process. We do not provide refunds for measurement discrepancies.
We are not responsible for shipments lost due to an incorrect address. Please verify your address is correct before placing your order.
All undeliverable returned packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover additional & unpaid shipping costs. If an order is returned, we will send a notification by email. We do not refund shipping fees.
