Return Policy

It is an unsanitary practice to accept returns of personal items; therefore, all sales are final.
Once an item leaves our warehouse, it is considered used.

Any returned product is thrown in the garbage. We never re-sell a returned product. Many products are not sealed, so it's impossible to know if they have been used or not. We will not risk re-selling a used toy, so we strictly adhere to our "no return" policy for the health of our customers.

We understand it may be difficult to shop from an online catalog, so we have included detailed information and measurements for each item. Most products have several pictures and a photograph of the item being held to convey size. If you are unclear of a description or need more information before making your purchase, please contact customer service by email, phone, or fill out the "ask a question" form on the product page.

Defective Product Policy

All products are covered by a 30 day warranty.
Defective products will be replaced with the same product within the warranty period only.

If you receive a defective product:
Email customer service with a description of the defect. Include your order number & name in the email. If applicable, attach a picture to the email showing the defect.

Undeliverable & Returned Packages

We cannot be responsible for shipments lost due to an incorrect address.
Please verify your address is correct before placing your order.

All returned packages are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover additional & unpaid shipping costs. If an order is returned, we will send a notification by email. We do not refund shipping fees.
